| Know Before You Go for Scooty On Rent In Rishikesh

No range of Kilometers as the scooter will be rented on a per day basis.
The Customer must have a valid two-wheeler or motorcycle driver’s license.
The Customer must provide all necessary documents and deposits as prescribed.
The vehicle has to be returned in the same state as during time of renting. Failure to do so will lead to penalty.
Customer agrees that the company has the right to terminate this agreement at any time and retake possession of the said vehicle.
Late return of vehicle will lead to penalty. of Rs 100 per hour.
Charges for extra helmet has to be given at the reporting place.
In case of any damage, theft the customer is liable to compensate the vendor or the operator.
You need to submit Employee/ Student ID + Govt Identity Proof in original and a photocopy of your driving license.
International Customers need to submit a copy of their Passport and International Driving License.
The minimum age criteria for renting a vehicle is 18 years old.
The customer will be required to have a Driving license, Aadhaar card/Voter Id in order to avail of this service.
You will need to deposit a security amount of INR 1500 which will be refunded after you return the vehicle.
Only 2 People are allowed on one scooty/ bike.
Fuel is not included with scooty/ bike on rent in Rishikesh.
The security deposit is refundable once the scooty/ bike is received in proper condition back to the operator.

* Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking.
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

* Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler’s DivineTravels wallet as Divinecash.

* Booking Policy

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Divinecash+ will be allocated in your DivineTravels wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

* Cancellation Policy

If cancellation are made 3 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 3 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

* Payment Terms Policy

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking
